1. Definitions

• “Company” / “We” / “Us” / “Our” refers to Cash 4 Your Car.
• “User” / “You” refers to anyone using our website or services.
• “Vehicle” refers to the car, van, or other motor vehicle being sold.
• “Agreement” refers to the transaction between the seller and Cash 4 Your Car.

2. Eligibility to Sell a Vehicle

By using our service, you confirm that:

• You are the legal owner of the vehicle or have full legal authority to sell it.
• The vehicle is not subject to any undisclosed liens, loans, or legal disputes.
• The information provided about the vehicle is accurate and complete.
• You have the rightful title and necessary documentation to complete the sale.

3. Vehicle Valuation & Offer

• The initial valuation provided through our website is based on market trends, but it is not a final offer.
• A final offer will be made after an in-person vehicle inspection.
• The offer is subject to vehicle condition, mileage, market demand, and other factors.
• Offers remain valid for 3 days but may change if market conditions fluctuate.

4. Vehicle Inspection & Final Sale Agreement

• A physical inspection of the vehicle is required before finalizing any transaction. (read about how it works)
• If the vehicle condition differs from what was declared online, the offer may be adjusted accordingly.
• The final sale is binding once both parties agree and payment is made.
• Cash 4 Your Car reserves the right to decline purchasing any vehicle for any reason.

5. Payment & Transaction Security

• Payments will be made via bank transfer (EFT) after the sale is finalized.
• We do not accept liability for any third-party payment processing delays.
• Sellers are advised to verify the payment before handing over the vehicle and documents.
• Cash 4 Your Car is not responsible for any outstanding fines, penalties, or liabilities on the vehicle.

6. Legal & Documentation Requirements

• Sellers must provide original ownership documents, including the vehicle title (logbook), registration papers, and proof of identification.
• If there is any outstanding finance on the vehicle, the seller must provide relevant details for clearance.
• Once the transaction is complete, the seller must inform local authorities (if required) to ensure liability transfer.

7. Fraud & Misrepresentation

• False or misleading information regarding the vehicle’s condition, ownership, or history may lead to offer cancellation.
• We reserve the right to report fraudulent transactions to legal authorities.
• Stolen vehicles or illegally altered documents will be reported immediately.

8. Liability & Indemnity

• Cash 4 Your Car is not responsible for any losses, damages, or claims arising before or after the transaction.
• The seller agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the company from any disputes related to past vehicle ownership.
• Once the vehicle is sold, all liabilities transfer to the buyer (except in cases of fraud or misrepresentation).
